Payment should be made in advance of release of your order. Cheques will require 5 working days to clear. We accept credit card payment via Paypal or UK debit card by NoChex. No credit card information is held on this site.

Within the UK, goods will normally be shipped as soon as possible by recipients choice of Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) or Parcel Force (48 hours). There will be no shipping charge made for orders collected from Wessex OneStroke.

For European orders, goods will be shipped by International Signed-For, on recipients choice of Royal Mail Air Mail or Surface Mail.

Orders outside of Europe will not normally be taken.

We despatch your order as soon as possible after receipt and clearance of payment. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . However, our target is to ensure delivery within 14 days. Should it not be possible to meet our target, we will inform you and give you the option of cancellation. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
